I've spent 25 years at the intersection of information technology, libraries, and research, work that requires translating between worlds. I help technical teams, academic leaders, and campus partners build shared understanding through clear governance, strong relationships, and technology choices that serve institutional mission.

That translation work has defined my career. I've led in spaces where technology serves scholarship and cultural heritage, where success depends on building trust across professional cultures, and where communicating clearly across disciplines matters as much as technical depth.

Today I lead Client Services and IT Operations for Yale University Library, managing a team of 20+ staff and coordinating work across a 40-person IT organization with a $10M+ portfolio spanning enterprise systems, research support, digital workplace strategy, and service delivery.
I served as Acting Senior Director from February 2024 to April 2025, providing strategic direction during a critical leadership transition.
I directed a 55,000-user single sign-on migration and digital workplace transformation that reduced manual work by 30%. I'm providing technology leadership for a $4M platform modernization integrating 100+ systems. I established AI governance frameworks and Project and Portfolio Management discipline that drove a 20% improvement in client satisfaction.
I'm accountable for technology supporting $1B+ in assets across 21 buildings and research computing infrastructure serving faculty and student needs, from GPU environments in Microsoft Azure to specialized data platforms for computationally intensive scholarship.

Before Yale, I directed technology for the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, reporting to the president and board, and spent a decade at New York University supporting a 50,000-person research community.
